Your role

You will be part of our Executive team and report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment across departments, animating Exec team meetings, handling internal and investor communications and driving key strategic initiatives. 

Your missions

Strategic planning

Advise and inform decision making on strategic direction and key company initiatives.

Define company objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with Skello mission.

Lead special projects and initiatives, from conception to delivery, working closely with various teams across the organization.

Corporate communication

Develop supporting materials for discussion with the Board of Investors.

Prepare and animate monthly town halls and share a weekly synthesis of achievements and progress vs. key metrics. 

Organization efficiency

Own the agenda and content of executive team meetings and ensure PMO on key decisions made and resulting projects.

Partner with HR and management teams to develop organizational policies and foster a high-performance culture.

Mentor and support team members to develop leadership capabilities and drive personal growth.

Your profile

  • 5+ years in top-tier consulting firm or in strategic or operational roles in a fast-growing scale-up
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working on strategic topics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of the SaaS business
  • Fluent in French and English
